1. Shipping Destinations
We offer shipping services to most countries and regions worldwide, excluding the following sanctioned/restricted areas (in accordance with international trade regulations):
Iran, Sudan, Syria, North Korea, Cuba, Crimea region, etc.
Note: For orders to remote areas (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico in the US; remote islands in Europe), additional shipping fees may apply and delivery time may be extended.

3. Shipping Fees

Orders over USD $59 enjoy FREE standard shipping worldwide (excluding remote areas).
Standard Shipping Fee
Orders under USD $59: **USD $7.99** (global standard shipping).
Remote area surcharge: USD $4.99 (applied automatically at checkout for remote addresses).
Expedited Shipping
Optional expedited shipping (DHL/FedEx) available at checkout: USD $19.99 (3-5 business days for major regions).
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. You can also check the tracking number in your account on our store website.
Track your package status via the official website of the corresponding shipping carrier (USPS/UPS/DHL, etc.).
5. Customs & Duties
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer (we do not cover these costs).
If the package is detained by customs due to non-payment of taxes, the buyer is responsible for resolving the issue with the local customs office.
For tax-related inquiries, please contact your local customs office directly.
6. Shipping Issues
Lost/Delayed Packages
If your package is not delivered within 30 business days after shipping, please contact our customer service at support@softluxeyoga.com with your order number. We will investigate with the shipping carrier and provide a solution (reshipment or refund) within 3 business days.
Wrong/Incomplete Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing an order. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for the re-shipping fee.
Refused Delivery
If you refuse to accept the package without a valid reason, the round-trip shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
